Once your order has been placed and processed, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will include your order details, as well as a tracking number and a link to our order tracking page.

Please note that the tracking information may not be immediately available after you place your order. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, don't worry - just check back later, and the tracking details should be available.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost on its way to you, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@actonwatches.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and any other relevant details. We'll investigate the issue and work to locate your missing package.

Damaged Packages
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged order. If your package arrives with any visible damage, please contact our customer support team at contact@actonwatches.com within 24 hours. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items or packaging.

Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for international orders with a USD99+ subtotal (before taxes are added).

Our standard shipping service is delivered by the postal service in your destination country or region. If your order is being shipped internationally, you may be required to sign for the package upon pickup. Please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address to receive the package during regular business hours.

Express Delivery
For faster shipping, we also offer an express delivery service. This will be handled by a variety of courier companies, depending on your location.

Shipping costs for the express option may vary based on your destination and the size/weight of your package. The exact shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout, so you'll know the total cost upfront.

If you realize you need to make a change to your order - such as a different colour or product - we're happy to assist, as long as the order has not yet shipped.

The 100M water resistance rating makes our watches suitable for all your daily activities, including light water exposure. You don't have to worry about accidentally getting them wet.

To adjust the strap, use the adjustable tool we provide with your Acton Watch. Simply insert the tool into the strap links, remove or add links as needed, and reattach the strap to the watch case for a customized fit. If you need any assistance, our customer service team is available to help.
