RETURN POLICY

At Acton, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy - just in case the watch you received isn't quite what you were expecting.

 

Here's how it works: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the watch must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you. That means it should be unworn and unused, with all the original tags and packaging still intact. The protective plastic wrap on the crystal, case back, and bracelet also needs to still be in place.

 

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on pre-ordered items, sales event purchases, or Kickstarter watches. These are special-order pieces that have been reserved just for you.

 

To start a return, just reach out to our customer service team at contact@actonwatches.com. They'll guide you through the process and let you know where to send the watch. Please note that you'll need to cover the shipping costs for the return, and we can only accept items sent via a trackable shipping service.
