Your Acton watch is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, starting from the original date of purchase. During this time, we'll repair any defects in materials or workmanship at no cost to you - you'll just need to cover the shipping and insurance.

Now, this warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use or handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. And we can't be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. But we'll always do our best to get your watch back into tip-top shape.

The Acton warranty is separate from any additional coverage provided by the seller. Their warranty is their responsibility, and doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
